When uploading the gallery's background image, it may look great on desktop, but may get incorrectly cropped on mobile devices.
Adjust the focal point of the background image to ensure the subject of the image is always in view, and looks great on all screens.
Available to all members, give it a try today! Learn more about this feature here.
To further enhance the presentation of our client galleries, we have added subtle fade-in animations when visting a gallery and navigating between sub-pages.
This also improves the loading of client galleries and offers a smoother navigation experience. Available now for all layout templates.
VidFlow TV App now also available for all Roku TVs and devices. This also includes TV's with Roku TV built-in, such as Hisense, Sharp, TCL, and more.
With Roku being one of the most popular streaming devices in North America and Europe, this brings great convenience for many of our end-clients.
Clients can search for VidFlow on their Roku device, or add the VidFlow channel to their device here.
This is in addition to our existing suite of TV apps for Apple TV, Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Sony, and Android/Google TV based TVs & devices.
With many clients viewing their video galleries in non-English regions, we have introduced automatic translation supporting 7 new languages - French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, and German.
Based on the client's device or browser settings, the interface is automatically translated to the native supported language. If you would like to request support for another language, drop us a comment below.
If you would like to share any feedback or help us improve our translations, you can reach us via email here.
If you use chapters markers when working with Adobe Premiere Pro, you can easily import them to your uploaded videos.
When uploading videos to your galleries, adding thumbnail images to videos is a must to best showcase them to your clients.
We have always offered the option to upload custom images as video thumbnails, but we now offer two new & fast ways to add thumbnail images:
When your video finishes uploading, you will see 3 suggested frames to use as the thumbnail for your video. You can simply click and apply and thumbnail image.
Once your video has finished transcoding and is available for playback, click the 'Capture Frame' button. This will switch the video preview to capture mode. Playback the video and seek to the desired frame, and preferably pause the video at that frame. Next, click the 'Use Frame as Thumbnail' button. The frame image will be then be applied as the video thumbnail.
You can learn more about adding video thumbnails here. If you have any feedback to improve this feature, you can share in comments below.
Impress your clients with their own custom video gallery app, easily accessible right from their mobile home-screen.
Clients can now add their galleries to their mobile screen as an app, featuring a custom app cover image and name. Gallery Apps launch in full-screen for a more immersive and native experience.
With our redesigned Editor Navigation, all major menus are only a single click away. This allows you quickly upload & add videos, customize the gallery to your preferences, and deliver.
We have listened to feedback from our customers, and redesigned the sidebar navigation to make the user experience better. All major menus are accessible directly via the sidebar, saving you time.
For our built-in email delivery option, you can now customize the colors to match your brand or project, and also display a cover image in the email message.
We have also included a TV apps section (can be disabled) to help clients view their media on TV via our VidFlow TV apps.
