Dedicated Photo-Only Galleries

VidFlow was built to be the home for your films, but we know your studio often wears multiple hats. Many of our hybrid video + photo teams have been asking for a way to deliver standalone photo galleries to serve their photo-only clients, and today, we are delivering on that request.

We have released a major update that brings dedicated photo-only delivery to VidFlow, adding support to showcase multiple photo-sets with three of our layouts - Haven, Solace, and Solitary.

One Platform. Every Workflow.

With this update, VidFlow now fully supports the "Trio" of delivery workflows:

  1. Video-Only: For your cinematic films.
  2. Photo-Only: For your standalone photography clients.
  3. Hybrid: For the studios that do it all.

How to Create Your First Photo-Only Gallery

Ready to build? Follow these steps to set up your first photo-only delivery:

  1. Create a new Hybrid Gallery and choose your aesthetic from the Haven, Solace, or Solitary layouts.
  2. In the Photos tab, create your photo-sets (e.g., "Ceremony") and upload your photos.
  3. Navigate to the Link Media tab to find the new Photos tab.
  4. Select the photo-sets you want to showcase and re-order them exactly how you want them to be displayed for your client.

This update is now live for all members. When creating a new gallery, simply select your preferred workflow and choose from the Haven, Solace, or Solitary layouts to see the new photo set features in action.
