Many studios don’t run just one business. Alongside your wedding films and photography, you might run a separate brand for corporate events, commercial productions, or brand content. Until now, VidFlow accounts supported a single brand, which meant juggling multiple accounts or delivering everything under one name.

Today we’re introducing Multi-Brand Support, one of the most requested features from our community.

What’s new

You can now add multiple brands to a single VidFlow account and manage them all from one dashboard. Each brand has its own identity, including its logo, colors, links, & domain so the galleries and deliverables you send always reflect the brand your client hired.

Switching between brands takes one click. Your galleries stay organized under the brand they belong to, so there’s no mixing up projects or branding.

How to add a brand

1. Click your company name in the top-left corner of your dashboard.
2. Select Add a Brand from the dropdown.
3. Add your brand name, upload your logo & favicon, and add your website & links.

You’re ready to start delivering galleries under your new brand. Use the brand switcher at the top-left to move between brands anytime.

Availability

Multi-Brand Support is included with VidFlow memberships, and the number of brands you can add depends on your tier:

Plus: Add up to 2 brands
Pro: Add up to 3 brands
Ultimate: Add up to 5 brands

For Legacy customers, the 'White-labeling Add-on' also supports up to 2 brands.
